I still have to pinch myself that this trip was real!
what an adventure.

During my 200hr yoga teacher training, I learned that my teacher Laura, along with two other wonderful teachers, Lauren and Suni were taking groups to Rishikesh, the home of yoga in India. As soon as I hear this I knew I had to start saving my money to be able to go in 2025.

I am not a traveller by any stretch of anyone’s imagination so taking the leap to book to go all the way to India by myself was a huge thing.

I had faith in Laura though. I knew that this is a person who does everything and more to ensure that those who take on these adventures with her are supported, safe and seen every step of the way.
